JD of a BDM (Business Development Manager):
2) Bringing awareness to the SME owners or their financial controller that there is this resource available in the market.

3) Tie ups with other value adding channels/ IT partners/ fintech players to bring value to Bluecell whether is thru partnerships or system integration.

4) Potential of expansion to overseas market if any possibility.

7) Ability to generate their own leads and company will also be providing calling leads.

8) Customers whom they reach out to are mainly businesses and contact person may or may not be the direct business owner. Must be equipped with the skill set to get to the decision maker.

9) Must be able to handle and counter customers’ objections.

10) BDM will be given a code to track the sales and conversion.
