Senior Associate/Associate, Digital Transformation Business Analyst

In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Support software development projects and initiatives to improve Contact Centre operations, employee journey and overall customer experience. To support the integration and enhancement of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies within Conversation AI platform. To contribute to the continuous improvement of customer facing applications such as chatbot and voicebots through GenAI innovations. Preparation of test cases based on user requirements, executing cases, and collaborate with developers to ensure all issues are resolved before release. Implementation Support: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of GenAI chatbot and voicebot solutions. Support in gathering data and assist in monitoring the performance of GenAI applications. Contribute to documentation and user guides for GenAI solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business, or related field. Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Strong foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc. Experience in Agile Project Management and Customer Service is preferred. Strong ownership of assigned projects and ensure tasks are completed to meet project timeline. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. After office hours and weekend/PH work are expected to support releases during off-peak hours.
