Our client is a prominent and well-known enterprise, and they are currently looking to hire a driven and dynamic individual to be part of their digital transformation team as a Senior Associate Director, Digital Transformation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversees Finance & Enterprise Spend (P2P) systems and processes, task to execute automation, digitalization & process redesign programs. This role manages a team that bridges Finance community & IT and Finance ERP solutions.
- Strategic thinking to develop plans & recommendations, design & deploy innovative financial solutions that improve organization performance & efficiency, address process issues & compliance requirements, and elevate customer satisfaction
- Responsible for creating roadmaps that enable systems & work processes to support evolving business strategy and ERP upgrades and releases.
- Drive continuous improvements & actively identify gaps, design solutions, and or functional requirements necessary to streamline business processes
- Lead and drive successful implementation of roadmaps projects & solutions
- Engage users to build effective recommendations that operationalize solutions and build a business case
- Design and lead change communication to align plans, actions, and deliverables through the impacted departments and teams
- Deliver within budget & agreed milestones
- Institutionalize functional knowledge and design of Finance systems
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and /or IT
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with 5-7 years in business transformation or project
- Experienced in financial ERP systems, especially Ariba system
- Experienced business analyst with proven process re-engineering skill, preferably in Accounting & Finance
- Able to connect dots and work with ambiguity
- Strong in Change Management with good stakeholder management
- Highly collaborative individual who can work across all levels and equipped with strong influencing skills
