Job Responsibilities: Handle end to end payroll processing for Singapore and other Asia countries. Ensure all instructions are in accordance with company policies, including allowances (fixed/ad-hoc), overtimes pay and reimbursement etc. Ensuring the payroll cycle (main, off-cycle & ad-hoc) are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and timely. Work with vendors collaboratively to ensure smooth, accurate and on time payroll process. Ensure timely statutory contribution and submission. Communicate with employees regards to queries for payroll and employment tax. Act as Payroll SME and participate in regional payroll implementation project. Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience in any industry Minimum of 2 years of experience managing payroll requests in Singapore Minimum of 1 year of experience handling vendors Demonstrated understanding of Singapore payroll processes and tax regulations Hands-on experience with payroll, especially with handling payroll vendor Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets Proven ability to analyse payroll data, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal and statutory standards Ability to manage payroll cycles and deliver outputs within established timelines and accuracy benchmarks Nomura Leadership Behaviours Explore Insights & Vision: Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
