Work for The London Stock Exchange in Singapore and join a dynamic team of experienced Account Managers You will be part of a successful team with the primary responsibility for creating and maintaining deep customer relationships within your book with an objective to drive account revenue, retention and growth You will need to collaborate internally, to deliver outstanding service to the client whilst at the same time working with Solution and Sales Teams to help discover the client's needs and to guide them on the best way forward for any given requirement. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, focused, enjoy meeting clients, eager to learn more whilst working collaboratively and above all, have a strong sales work ethic. A background in working for or selling to financial institutions would be great here, we also offer extensive training in order to keep up to date on market trends. This position will run a defined book of business aligned by customer segment within a geography and will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals. Role summary: Demonstrate deep understanding of the customer decision maker's strategies, priorities and needs. Maintain solid understanding of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest. Build and embed a long-term trusted advisor relationship within their accounts. Drive growth by rapidly growing LSEG footprint within their accounts. Focus on maintaining overall customer engagement and expanding and retaining managed net revenue. Coordinate all commercial activities within accounts, owning the end-to-end customer relationship. Drive efficiency in account administration (especially for lower value and growth potential accounts) Manage internal and external partners and maintain networks to come to terms and close deals. Leading deal team driven by customer strategy and opportunity Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and clients invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner What you'll bring: Established track record in driving growth, achieving revenue targets Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows Solid Experience in Financial Services Industry Industry experience within the customer segment Strong product knowledge Building relationships while collaborating and sharing knowledge with clients Selling skills (identity, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative selling) Strong ability to work with clients and come to terms on agreements Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency. Problem solving-ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs. Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization. Ability to collaborate with account team to solve for clients Account management, sales or marketing experience in a customer facing environment required. Customer relationship management required throughout your book of business Bachelor's degree or suitable work experience.
