What you do Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Macro Research team with data mining and analysis of macroeconomic developments. Conducting research on financial markets, economic trends, and industry news. Creating and maintaining financial models, charts, and visual aids to support research. Monitoring and tracking key economic indicators and market movements. Contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and senior management. Gaining hands-on experience with financial platforms like Bloomberg, Eikon, and CEIC. Who you work with OCBC Global Markets encompasses Treasury Advisory and Institutional Sales, Asset Liability Management, Trading, and Business Management. Who you are Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Possess a strong interest in finance, economics, or a related field. Demonstrate a foundational understanding of financial statements. Have a strong academic background in Accountancy or Finance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. A self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills. Proactive and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
