Overview Our client is a Tier 1 multi-billion asset manager with a solid footprint globally. We are looking for an experienced business finance professional to join its office in Singapore. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with exceptional business partnering skills, ready to engage in key decision-making and drive performance across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver financial analytics and projects across the APAC region Partner with various Global Markets Heads to develop and execute financial strategies to achieve business vision and objectives. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to uncover challenges and identify growth opportunities. Provide actionable insights guiding critical decision-making and propelling the business forward. Develop models to assess new business opportunities and investment decisions, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and aligned with market trends. Work hand-in-hand with the C-Suites and other cross-functional leaders to integrate financial insights into both planning and operational execution. Your role will be central to fostering a cohesive approach to achieving the business goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an internationally recognized university Qualification in CFA is an advantage 15-18 years' business-facing experience from Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Market Strategist or relevant Candidates from strategic FP&A or Business Finance from global investment banks or asset managers will be considered Ability to navigate complex challenges and identify innovative solutions Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with C-suite executives Ability to build strong relationships and convey complex ideas clearly to drive collaborations and strategic decisions.
