Company Profile MIZUHO BANK, GLOBAL TRANSACTION BANKING DEPARTMENT Job Responsibilities 1) Enhance and update corporate presentation decks - Ensure all presentation materials align with brand guidelines and quality standards - Standardize presentation decks to ensure a professional and consistent visual identity and language - Liaise with Cash, Trade and decks to revise and manage content to ensure accuracy and relevance - Gather information to create template slides e.g. tombstone slides 2) Preparation work for migration of Transaction Banking (TB) web portal to sharepoint - Contribute to the planning and execution of the TB web portal migration to sharepoint 3) Regular update of insights on web portal -Monitor key industry publications and news outlets to identify relevant articles for posting on TB web portal 4) Create, compile and tidy up survey results for training sessions - Manage the full lifecycle of internal training feedback, from survey deployment and data compilation to the final presentation of results. 5) Support Global Transaction Banking Department's participation in industry awards - Coordinate the development of award applications, liaising with internal teams to gather information, conduct research, and craft submission narratives 6) Preparation of internal e-newsletters - Compile, edit, and disseminate internal e-newsletters to targeted employee segments using content provided by cross-functional teams. 7) Preparation work for GTR Asia Event - Gather booth design ideas - source for suitable corporate gifts - prepare necessary paperwork - Consolidate client and staff invite list for bulk registration - raise payment forms Job Requirements 1.
