1 year renewable contract as a Resilience Governance Analyst for an investment bankYour new company You will be working with a leading global financial services firm within their Cyber Data Risk & Resilience Department. Your new role The Resilience Governance Analyst role is required to work as part of a global team to support resilience governance activities including coordination and production of governance committee reporting, management and maintenance of firm-wide policies, standards, and procedures. The role will also contribute to the fulfilment of requests for information pertaining to the program from internal (e.g. internal departments, Internal Audit) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients, regulators). What you'll need to succeed Regulatory, Client & Audit Engagement- support the response and coordination of requests for information from regulators, clients, and internal/external audit functions. Governance and Reporting - support coordination and production of governance committee and working group materials in collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders, documentation of minutes and capture and tracking to closure of actions. Assist with the creation and ongoing maintenance of reporting frameworks for governance committee and working group engagement. Engage with necessary stakeholders across the Firm to produce metrics and reporting as required for governance committees, working groups, and stakeholders. Policy and Procedure Management- support the review, improvement, and maintenance of Firm-wide resilience policies, standards, and procedures. Change & Transformation Initiatives- support delivery of strategic change programs, including audit and regulatory remediation initiatives. Collaborate across functions to strengthen the Firm's overall resilience posture. Strong analytic and problem solving/process improvement skills; ability to learn quickly and solve poorly defined problems. Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization with excellent influencing and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities. Skills Desired Fluent in English and proficient Mandarin. Experience working for a globally distributed organization.
