Who we are looking for We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead Global Delivery across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in fund accounting, custody services, and operational transformation, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-regional teams and drive scalable, high-quality service delivery. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance financial discipline with innovation, foster a culture of risk excellence, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships. A track record of developing high-performing, inclusive teams and navigating regulatory landscapes is essential. The successful candidate will be a trusted executive voice in shaping regional strategy, aligning global standards, and representing the organization across internal and external forums. Global Delivery helps our clients achieve better investment outcomes by serving as the foundation of our organization. Global Delivery performs all operational functions required to produce the back and middle office products and services that clients have contracted with State Street to provide. Our services include custody, accounting, fund administration, transfer agency, middle office and cash processing services for asset managers, asset owners, alternative investors and insurance companies across the full range of asset classes. What you will be responsible for As Regional Head Global Delivery APAC, EVP you will Operations Leadership Oversee Global Delivery operations across APAC, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional client expectations. Strengthen the control environment and embed a culture of risk excellence across APAC teams. Lead transformation initiatives to reengineer and automate operational activities. Align resource planning with budget, business opportunities, and regional growth strategies. Collaborate with Client and Product Management to tailor operations to APAC client needs. Design and implement scalable operating models aligned with global growth standards. Develop deep expertise in State Street's fund accounting and custody products to support strategic alignment with APAC clients. Ensure robust business continuity planning across APAC operations. Organizational Strategy Develop and execute Global Delivery strategy for APAC, aligned with global business objectives. Promote adoption of global and regional best practices across operational teams. Ensure risk and compliance frameworks are embedded throughout APAC operations. Optimize organizational structures, location strategy, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. People Leadership Provide executive leadership across APAC disciplines and locations. Champion employee engagement, development, and succession planning across the region. Build and retain a high-performing, inclusive, and diverse workforce. Foster a motivating environment that supports high performance and capability development. Prioritize staff engagement, especially in high-scale and high-growth APAC markets. Financial Oversight Manage expenses, budgets, and forecasts for APAC Global Delivery operations. Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual and service level agreements. Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and productivity. Monitor and manage key performance indicators, risk metrics, and cost efficiency. Oversee financial performance against operating plans and ensure forecast accuracy. Governance and Compliance Ensure documentation and adherence to operating policies, procedures, and controls across Global Delivery in APAC. Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives. Manage conflicts of interest in accordance with corporate policies. Maintain compliance with health and safety, operational risk, resiliency, and business continuity policies. Technology and Innovation Partner with technology teams and vendors to deliver new applications and upgrades tailored to APAC needs. Ensure operating models leverage strategic platforms and global process standards. Plan for growth, onboarding, conversions, and regulatory projects with optimal resource allocation. What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Over 15 years' experience running large operations teams within financial services Operational Controls & Risk Management: Proven ability to design and implement robust control frameworks, manage compliance, and mitigate operational risk Enterprise Transformation: Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals, and driving measurable improvements in efficiency and service delivery . Cross-Functional Program Management: Ability to manage complex, multi-geography programs involving operations, technology, HR, and finance Executive Presence: Ability to represent the organization with clients, regulators, and industry bodies; experience interfacing with boards and senior stakeholders Client-Centric Mindset: Obsession with service quality and delivering value to clients and stakeholders Process Optimization & Automation: Demonstrated success in streamlining operations through technology and process redesign Strategic Thinking: Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and lead through change About State Street What we do.
