Responsibilities: Manage a team of 10 - 12 Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives. Work with Acquisition Lead to achieve individual as well as team sales targets. Lead and coach the team of Telesales officers to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive team performance. Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing feedback and training to ensure continuous development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support the overall business objectives. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience. Proficient in the use of relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies.
