Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other support services.

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance with regulations.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Monitor and manage budgets for facility operations, maintenance, and improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and facility usage.

Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.

Respond promptly to service requests, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.

Participate in project planning, renovations, and upgrades to enhance facility efficiency and sustainability.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Estate Management, or a related discipline.

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management or building operations.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
