We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a Recruitment Associate to join us on this exciting journey. About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Understand client hiring needs and company culture to deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Source, screen and shortlist high-calibre candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from search strategy, candidate screening, interview coordinating to offer negotiation.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and candidate/client data in an organised and structured format.
  • Prepare client presentations and reports.
  • Maintain and update records in Applicant Tracking System and support with compliance reporting.

About the Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma from a reputable institute of higher education. Specialisation in HR Management, Business, Accountancy or Finance related field is an advantage.
  • Self-starter mindset - proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a natural ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong integrity, professionalism and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Strong commitment to excellence, and comfortable working in a small team environment with an entrepreneurial culture.
