Job Description

Event Videographer (Internship / Entry-Level) – Training Provided

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Event Videographers. Whether you're a fresh graduate, a student looking for an internship, or someone with a keen interest in videography but little experience, we are open to training the right candidate. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in filming corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, and other live events while learning from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in filming high-quality video footage at live events, ensuring stable and well-composed shots.

• Work closely with senior videographers and event organizers to understand video requirements and key moments to capture.

• Learn to set up and manage videography equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and audio gear.

• Assist in editing and producing event highlight videos, recap videos, and other required formats.

• Adapt to different event environments while maintaining a professional and discreet presence.

• Support in organizing and storing video footage efficiently for easy retrieval.

• Collaborate with photographers and other media professionals for cohesive event coverage.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Passion for videography and storytelling.

• Basic understanding of cameras and video editing software is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train you.

• Eagerness to learn and improve technical skills in videography and editing.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different lighting and audio conditions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Familiarity with video equipment (DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, audio recorders).

• Basic experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Interest in corporate event videography or content creation.
