Responsibility :

Educator / Tutor:

  • Develop, plan, and conduct age-appropriate lessons and curriculum in accordance with early childhood education guidelines
  • Create engaging, creative, and inclusive learning activities that cater to various learning needs and styles
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters exploration, creativity, and independence
  • Observe, assess, and document each child's progress through regular observations, progress reports, and learning portfolios

Assistant Teacher:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and caring for the class in accordance with the school's policies and guidelines
  • Support teachers in organizing a range of activities and experiences for children, including songs, games, and storytelling
  • Help with all aspects of classroom management and organization
  • Contribute to creating an engaging and vibrant classroom environment that encourages independent learning

Requirement :

  • Possess Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
  • Min L2 / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent
