Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: From S$2,000/month (commensurate with experience)
• Meals: Company-provided dinner during overtime
• Transport: Company shuttle service available

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am 12:30pm
• Overtime: Any work beyond regular hours will be considered overtime and compensated in accordance with Singapore employment laws. (Plenty of overtime opportunities available)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs using MasterCam software for milling, turning, and other machining processes.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Set up and optimize machining processes to achieve high precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations at all times.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a MasterCam Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
