CNC Programmer

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: From S$2,000/month (commensurate with experience)
- **Meals**: Company-provided dinner during overtime
- **Transport**: Company shuttle service available

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am 12:30pm
- Overtime: Any work beyond regular hours will be considered overtime and compensated in accordance with Singapore employment laws. (Plenty of overtime opportunities available)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop CNC programs using MasterCam software for milling, turning, and other machining processes.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Set up and optimize machining processes to achieve high precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations at all times.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as a MasterCam Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
