Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and family members.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the attending physician or family promptly.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe care environment, ensuring proper use of medical equipment.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or hospital visits as needed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, including medication logs and health reports.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to professional nursing ethics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing certificate.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and patient care standards.
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel overseas with the patient several times a year.
