Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and family members.
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to the attending physician or family promptly.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support when required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe care environment, ensuring proper use of medical equipment.
  • Accompany patients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or hospital visits as needed.
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation, including medication logs and health reports.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to professional nursing ethics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and patient care standards.
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel overseas with the patient several times a year.
