  • Provide clinical leadership by overseeing resident care, leading case conferences, ensuring infection control standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff through coaching, performance appraisals, and promoting continuous professional growth.
  • Manage staffing needs through effective scheduling, workload allocation, and upholding staff discipline and teamwork.
  • Oversee administrative and operational functions including procurement, inventory management, ward meetings, and emergency response coordination.
  • Drive quality improvement and positive change by participating in organizational initiatives and embedding best practices across the nursing home.

You will be involved in the new setting up of community nursing home & strategy management

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) or equivalent licensure.
  • Minimum 6 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with exposure to geriatric or long-term care settings.
