Key Purpose
  • Conceptualizing, storyboarding, filming, and post-production editing
  • Support the full video production process, with a focus on storyboarding and filming.
  • Manage and maintain the training portal.
  • Operate, assemble, and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, live streaming gear, and other production equipment.
  • Apply technical expertise in lenses, filters, lighting, and camera settings for high-quality output.
  • Conduct video shoots and photography for online training content.
  • Assist trainers in preparing facilities and equipment for filming.
  • Demonstrate correct equipment usage during shoots when required.
  • Maintain and update the local domain and ensure smooth portal operations.
  • Coordinate and administer training activities according to the local schedule.
  • Take on other related projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Film, Media, or equivalent.
  • Experience of 2–3 years in video filming/production.
  • Strong technical knowledge in video production; lighting and storytelling experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable taking direction and constructive feedback while working with minimal supervision.
