Who Are We:

Overkill is a video production house and we manage Overkill SG; a multi-content lifestyle YouTube channel. We're seeking a skilled and proactive Video Production member to join our in-house team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and enhance storytelling techniques in line with media trends and audience preferences.
  • Plan and identify technical and logistical needs – location prep, props, and equipment requirements.
  • Lead and assist in on-set technical workflow – camera, light and audio setup, data management, and live monitoring.
  • Track, organize, and ensure the proper functioning of production equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Stay updated on trends and tools to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise with camera equipment, lighting setups, and studio/field audio equipment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of framing, composition, and camera movement.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Davinci Resolve and/or other editing tools.
  • Experience in motion graphics, color grading, or audio mixing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a versatile videographer with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
