About the Role
At The Design Factory, we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life for both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
- Develop creative concepts, 2D space plans, and 3D visualisations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, material boards, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D software.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial works.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A team player with good project management skills.
