About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Interior Design Consultant to join our team. You will be provided with sales leads and will collaborate with clients to deliver customized interior design solutions, supported by our in-house carpentry team for high-quality, tailored workmanship. From concept to completion, you will ensure projects are executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to provided sales leads promptly
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetic design proposals
  • Present creative layouts, materials, and mood boards to clients
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and project timelines
  • Work closely with our in-house carpentry team, suppliers, and contractors to execute projects
  • Visit and oversee project sites to monitor progress and ensure plans are followed
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, interior design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to coordinate with Mandarin speaking customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites within Singapore
  • Passion for design, with attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
