We are looking for a highly analytical and technically proficient Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This unique role requires someone who can understand complex business processes and actively contribute to the design, development, or prototyping of software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, wireframes, and process flows

  • Collaborate with software developers to design and develop custom features or modules

  • Write and validate user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews

  • Conduct system and integration testing; support user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Provide post-deployment support and ongoing system analysis for optimization

Required Skills & Competencies:

Business Analysis:

  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and functional documentation

  • Solid understanding of business operations and ability to align IT solutions accordingly

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies

Technical / Software Development:

  • Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, VB, or C#)

  • Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., SQL) and version control tools (e.g., Git)

  • Familiar with REST APIs, basic system architecture, or low-code/no-code platforms

  • Ability to prototype or build small applications, dashboards, or automations

  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven software development exposure

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is a plus

  • Experience working in Agile software teams

  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Infor M3 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable

  • Working Hours: 7.45am to 4.30pm
