Singapore PR INFRA Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Site Management

  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects

  • Monitor site activities, progress, and quality control

  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

  • Manage site documentation, including permits, licenses, and certifications

  • Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on site-related matters

  • Coordinate with logistics teams for equipment and material delivery

  • Ensure site facilities and equipment are maintained and in good working condition

Project Management

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports

  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors

  • Assist in project closure, including lessons learned and evaluation

Office Management

  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, utilities, and supplies

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office services, such as cleaning and IT support

  • Oversee office administration, including HR, finance, and procurement

  • Prepare and distribute office reports, including financial and operational reports

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and labor laws

  • Manage office records, including documents, files, and archives

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and training programs

Typical Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in business administration(BA), management, or related field

  • 11 years of experience in admin support or related role

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software

  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
