About the role

As a Construction Project Manager at Quek Hock Seng Construction Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the Jurong East West Region. This full-time role is critical to the company's continued growth and expansion within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing project plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and contract administration
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating updates to key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimise project delivery
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant construction technology
  • Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
