Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support job seekers in their career journey
- Match job seekers to suitable opportunities and training programs
- Promote employment initiatives and outreach activities
- Organise job fairs, workshops, and walk-in interviews
- Lead centre operations and manage escalated cases
- Build partnerships with community organisations
- Track progress and meet placement targets
Requirements:
- Degree or relevant qualification with 3+ years of experience in career coaching, HR, counselling, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Passionate about helping others and working with the community
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work weekends when required
Additional Information:
- 5 Days work week
- 12 months contract
- Bedok North
- Up to $4,500 monthly
