THE ROLEWe are looking for a self-motivated Director, FP&A Finance (International), who is passionate about our mission of empowering people to take ownership of their health. This role will primarily support the CEO, International, with the responsibility for overseeing financial planning and analysis of our fast growing International markets. This is a critical and operational role to drive growth and optimize performance across our International business. By providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and planning, this role will enable data-driven decision-making and support the execution of key initiatives that contribute to the long-term success of our business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead APAC Business reviews and provide operational analysis, insights, identify risks and opportunities as well as reporting that influence business decision-making for the APAC region by partnering closely with the CEO, International and the APAC leadership team
- Build and own dynamic financial models that support scenario planning and forecasting for the APAC region
- Prepare monthly variance analysis and deep dive reviews to improve forecast accuracy and financial reporting
- Analyze regional financial performance, identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and make recommendations to support the growth and operational efficiency of the APAC business
- Lead the annual budgeting process for the International business, working closely with the department leads across geographies
- Support the international business with forecasting and ad hoc analysis needs
- Partner closely with global finance teams to provide data for the Company consolidated model and support in building the monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business strategy across multiple regions
- 7+ years of experience in finance and FP&A, ideally in consumer products in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer and/or CPG highly preferred. Prior experience at a high-growth start-up is a plus
- Strong grasp of key Growth Finance concepts such as conversion rate, LTV: CAC, retention, churn and more
- Experience partnering with operational teams to drive business and strategic insights
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and a very high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets with a deep understanding of model architecture, formula efficiency, and pivot tables
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Experience working within an FP&A function supporting a high growth international region
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to switch gears in a dynamic environment.
- Excited to be part of a growing function in a fast paced environment and comfortable working in a remote setting
- Strong grasp of financial statements, with a high aptitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving through quantitative modeling and analysis
- Exceptional communicator, with a willingness to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, strong ownership of work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a consistent "can-do" attitude

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is S$146,750 - S$186,750 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
