Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

• He/She reports directly to the Boutique Director.

• The role is to administer the Boutique in its daily operations.

• Responsible for opening and closing the boutique from Wed - Sun, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and assisting clients with some jewellery knowledge (training provided), maintaining the overall cleanliness of the boutique

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the customer service experience for visiting clients.

• To liase with clients during boutique hours on enquiries and orders.

• To open and close the boutique from Wed - Sun, 11-7pm

• To liaise with adminstration in order to support retail operations, where necessary.

• Guided by the Retail Manager to manage in-boutique operations to maximize sales performance.

• Able to conduct and attend guests' complaints and suggest resolutions.

• To respond to guest enquiries or concerns in a timely manner

• Check cleanliness of retail area, product storage, and ensure accounting of stock at all times.

• Able to learn about boutique offereings and perform upselling constantly through active recommendation or suggestive selling during order taking.

• Perform digital payment handling procedures:

• Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; and maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times.

• Maintain good guests and associates relations.

• Anticipate guests' needs and know regular guests' special requirements/preferences; follow up with guests constantly for any order, request, or requirement.

12.To be responsible for maintaining boutique's assets and uphold high standards in discipline

14.Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time especially to support off-site events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A diploma in retail and hospitality, or at least 2 years of experience is required

• Proficiency in using basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
