About the Roles

We are seeking a Service Coordinator / Senior Service Coordinator to join a leading Marine and Oil & Gas company based in Loyang. This is a permanent role with a stable Monday–Friday, 9am to 6pm schedule, offering transport provided, a competitive basic salary, and twice-yearly variable bonuses. What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or fax, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Prepare quotations, create job orders, and manage related documentation.
  • Coordinate service schedules by liaising with engineers, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate service records and upload reports, feedback, and updates in the system.
  • Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and update managers regularly.
  • Monitor recurring service issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Spot opportunities for add-on services, maintenance, and system upgrades.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documents.
  • Raise purchase orders, service requests, and shipping documents as required.
  • Arrange travel bookings for service staff when necessary.
  • Issue spare parts or materials and create purchase requisitions.
  • Keep service team schedules organized and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Process warranty claims and ensure follow-up until closure.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Manager to support operations.

What We're Looking For

  • GCE N/O/A Level with 3–4 years of relevant work experience; or
  • Diploma, preferably in Business Administration, with 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite will be an advantage.
  • Entry-level candidates with no prior experience are welcome, as training will be provided.
