About the Roles

We are looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator / Senior Service Coordinator to join a leading Marine and Oil & Gas company located in Loyang, with transport provided for convenience. This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or fax, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Prepare quotations, create job orders, and manage related service documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate service activities with engineers, subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate service records, upload reports, and provide feedback for review.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and share progress updates with management.
  • Track and analyze recurring service issues to recommend process improvements.
  • Identify potential opportunities for additional services, maintenance, or upgrades.
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing and submitting required documentation.
  • Raise purchase orders, service requests, and shipping documents as needed.
  • Handle logistics such as travel arrangements, material issuance, and part requisitions.
  • Maintain organized schedules and files for service teams.
  • Manage warranty claims efficiently.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support smooth service operations.

What We're Looking For

  • GCE N/O/A Level qualification with 3–4 years of relevant experience; or
  • Diploma, preferably in Business Administration, with 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Experience with NetSuite will be advantageous.
