Secondary School Teacher

Candidate will be responsible for co-leading the English Department in the GIG International School. She will ensure high standards of teaching, learning and achievement, efficient use of resources and creative development of the Cambridge English curriculum across all segments.
Reporting Manager: The Principal / Supervisor
Reportees : Members of the Department (Teachers)
Key Responsible Areas:
1. Policy/Strategic direction and development
2. Leadership and management of others
3. Teaching and learning and student achievement
4. Co-curricular activities in the department
5. Management of resources
6. Monitoring, evaluation & assessment
7. Teacher development
General requirements:
- Working experience in international School ( Cambridge IGCSE preferably)
- Senior teacher position: at least 2 years(Paper 0500 and 0475)
- Master's Degree in English Language/Literature
- Degree in Education(preferred)
- IGCSE program experience - at least 2 years
Salary: As per Industry Standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
