Job Description:

  1. Survey market retail loans interest rates. Provide reasonable pricing advice based on the bank's assets and liabilities strategy. Improve the overall revenue for loan business.
  2. Responsible for the research and development, planning and promoting all retail loan products.
  3. Design the operating process for loan business. Improve standard operating documents.
  4. Regularly carry out loans, customer data analysis and assist to prepare for business data submission.
  5. Monitor potential risks and come up with prevention measures. Provide reasonable suggestions according to internal and external audit. Avoid compliance risks.
  6. Responsible for CCAS (Consumer Credit Approve System) system management and maintenance. Submit CCAS requirement and optimize system.
  7. Arrange training, inform sub-branches on the latest guidelines and notification, instruct sub-branches on the business.
  8. Other works assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree and above from reputable university is preferred.
  2. 1 years of relevant working experience in Loans business, product development, business analysis.
  3. Strong communication and coordination skills, relationship building and interpersonal skills, can work effectively in both English and Chinese in oral and written skills so as to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and headoffice.
  4. Other requirements
  5. Strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset. Enrich and manage data and translate insight into action.
  6. Broad and in-depth knowledge in Banking products, services and data.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and teamwork awareness.
  8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  9. Ownership of results and commitment to goals, ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs and manage multiple projects requirements.
  10. Highly independent and self-motivated, fast learning and should be able to work with minimum supervision.
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Marco, etc
