As a Procurement Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee daily procurement activities for pharmaceuticals and medical consumables, ensuring efficient and timely sourcing.

  • Coordinate the transportation and delivery of products in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

  • Manage import and export operations, ensuring prompt and accurate dispatch of goods.

  • Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates, implementing effective systems to minimize waste and prevent stockouts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with production schedules, cost objectives, and product specifications.

  • Evaluate and manage supplier performance through defined metrics for delivery timeliness, product quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives through value engineering and the development of strategic supplier relationships.

  • Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements, including those set by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and Ministry of Health (MOH).

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field

  • Experience in procurement processes

  • Exposure to pharmacy processes and stock management

  • Minimally 2 years of experiences in procurement from healthcare sector
