As a Procurement Executive / Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth sourcing and procurement of materials and services for the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing & Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify potential suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency. - Supplier Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring and managing their performance. - Price & Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure the best deals and ensure value for money. - Contract Management:
Oversee contract compliance and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the course of the engagement. - Purchase Order & Delivery Coordination:
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules and any logistical matters. - Cost Optimization:
Continuously identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement processes. - Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements. - Ad-Hoc Duties:
Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned.
- A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools.
