As a Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Evaluate new clients' needs and oversee their care plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress.
- Ensure smooth daily routines, including meals, activities, and client care.
- Supervise and train care staff to provide quality care to clients, especially those with dementia.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement programs.
- Oversee staff orientation, training, and performance.
- Ensure staff are competent in providing care to clients.
- Manage daily operations and ensure the center is safe and efficient.
- Handle incidents involving staff, clients, or volunteers.
- Coordinate billing and financial matters.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Work with the Cluster Lead to maintain financial stability of the centre
Requirements:
- Possess min recognized degree in healthcare discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical area with 2 years of leadership position
