Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and client engagement. This is a hybrid farmer/hunter role (70% farm / 30% hunt), ideal for someone from the agency world who understands how to build trust, deliver value, and grow long-term partnerships.
You'll be the bridge between clients and internal teams - shaping proposals, pitching ideas, and ensuring seamless execution of experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare persuasive proposals, quotations, and tenders to secure new business
- Identify and convert opportunities across Marketing, Events, Retail, Galleries, and Exhibitions
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and project teams to develop innovative solutions
- Participate in strategic sales planning and go-to-market initiatives
- Understand client needs and translate them into impactful experiential concepts
- Work with external partners to deliver successful projects
- Manage client expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Nurture relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Background in creative/marketing agencies with exposure to experiential or interactive tech
- Strong proposal writing and client-facing skills
- Experience in sales planning, tender preparation, and project coordination
- Passion for tech-driven storytelling and immersive experiences
- Self-driven, accountable, and collaborative
