About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and providing end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, mobile devices).
  • Provide technical support for Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common business applications.
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory (including password resets and account unlocks).
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and IP configuration.
  • Provide on-site support for meeting room equipment (projectors, video conferencing devices, etc.).
  • Log and track incidents using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
  • Coordinate with Level 2/Level 3 teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar IT support/helpdesk role.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Basic understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $3,200.00 per month
