About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and providing end-user support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, mobile devices).
- Provide technical support for Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common business applications.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory (including password resets and account unlocks).
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and IP configuration.
- Provide on-site support for meeting room equipment (projectors, video conferencing devices, etc.).
- Log and track incidents using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
- Coordinate with Level 2/Level 3 teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar IT support/helpdesk role.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to start immediately.
