· Monitor social media accounts and respond to candidate inquiries or comments.

· Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media engagement.

· Maintain and organize files, records, and recruitment-related documentation.

· Support in preparing and organizing candidate documentation and updating applicant databases.

· Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling candidate information and company records.
