Job Description

* What You'll Be Doing

  • Create short-form video content for TikTok (and IG Reels) that feels native, trendy, and relatable
  • Plan and host TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase products, engage with the audience, and drive sales
  • Jump on TikTok trends and adapt them creatively to our brand
  • Collaborate with our marketing and content team on creative angles, scripts, and shoot ideas
  • Monitor content performance and brainstorm how to improve reach & engagement
  • Occasionally appear in front of the camera (if comfortable) or assist in shooting others

* Who You Are

  • A TikTok power user with a strong understanding of trends, formats, and what makes content go viral
  • Comfortable on camera with a confident and energetic presence (for live hosting)
  • Able to edit videos quickly using CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
  • Passionate about storytelling, content creation, and the creator economy
  • Creative thinker with strong communication skills and a bias for action
  • Bonus if you have experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content
