**CONTENT CREATOR - TIKTOK
As an established E-commerce in Singapore, we are looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator (TikTok) to join our team.
If you possess natural charisma, passion for content creation, an eye for detail and the ability to engage an audience online, **YES **we are looking for you
**JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) **Content & Media Creation**:
- Conceptualization of content on TikTok
- Creating, storyboarding, and producing social-friendly videos and/or posts
- Pitch and implement new content ideas/strategies/campaigns
2) Social Media Management:
- Keep up to date with social media trends
- Ability to pick out key messages and refine it in an easy and impactful way to viewers
3) Collaboration:
- Liaise with account managers and/or clients for partnership content, social media posts that drive consumer action
4) Viewers Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to viewers comments, feedback and inquiries.
- Foster a sense of community through engaging and interactive content
- Engagement with customers, plan and launch social media campaigns
5) Analytics and Reporting:
- Using analytics tools to access performance of content
- Provide regular reports on content engagement and suggest improvements
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 - 2 years of social media content creation
- Knowledge of photography, editing, video editing
- Experience in scriptwriting and storyboarding for short-form videos preferred
- Working knowledge of social media creation tools such as Canva and CapCut
- Agility to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Adaptable and is a team player
- Knowledge of current trends in video production and social media platforms
- Confident in interviewing external parties/clients
- Must be an active social media user
