INTERN - ULTRA PURE WATER & WASTEWATER TECHNICIAN
Description:
As an UPW/Wastewater Intern at Micron Fab 10W, you will report to Manager and Engineer mentor. You will join a team of engineers/technician responsible for critical UPW/Wastewater systems projects, operations and maintenance.
Job Scope Responsibilities:
Sustainability – Understudy and contribute to Fluoride Wastewater Recycling Plant design and assessment of tools requirement for new network submain.
Operation – Understand the concept of Ultrapure Water & Wastewater Operation. Perform simple troubleshooting together with Engineer/technician on system issues.
Maintenance – Understand the concept of Ultrapure Water & Wastewater Maintenance Program to ensure system reliability and robustness. Perform all work in accordance with safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedure.
Deliverable:

• Being trained and understanding the full scope of an Ultra Pure Water & Wastewater technician in the Semiconductor industry.
  

Criteria:

• Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline
  
• Passionate about water treatment industry
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Fluent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  
• Self motivated worker
  
• Possess good team working and multi-tasking capabilities
  
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes
  
• Strong organizational, leadership and analytical skills
  
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize work
