Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

  • Oversee the full spectrum of payroll processes for a workforce of up to 500 employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements in coordination with external payroll vendors, while adhering to internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Review and verify monthly payroll reports and accruals to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive payroll records, prepare financial reports, and resolve payroll-related queries or discrepancies.
  • Support payroll audits and keep abreast of updates in payroll legislation and regulations.

General HR Support

  • Assist in organizing HR-related events and provide support for ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to general HR administrative duties and maintain employee records for a headcount of approximately 500 staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in payroll and HR functions
