Our Avanade Southeast Asia Academies accelerate our growth by ensuring we have a vehicle to continuously develop and acquire talent with skills on the Microsoft platform by bringing fresh talents into the pool.
During this 6-month internship , you'll work closely with our Client Solution Leaders , gaining hands-on experience in client engagements while building your technical capabilities. You'll develop Microsoft skills and contribute to delivering impactful solutions for our customers. As part of a forward-thinking team of architects and developers, you'll help create applications that transform business operations and deliver measurable value. Together we do what matters.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates in 2025 or students in their final semester, graduating by Q You will be required to commit full time for 6 months.
Skills and experiences
- A degree in Business and Technology ; double majors are highly preferred
- Passionate about technology, with a keen interest in one or more of the following areas:
- Data & AI
- Security
- Business Applications
- Application & Infrastructure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in modern tech stacks including Azure, .NET, React, or similar programming languages

What you'll do
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend innovative solutions
- Collaborate across all project phases, from presales to delivery—covering technical, operational, and user requirements, planning, quality control, and testing
- Work closely with cross-functional technology teams to implement integrated solutions
- Coordinate with offshore and global teams to ensure seamless project execution
