Work Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm Salary:

$3,500 - $4,500 Responsibilities:

- To drive portfolio utilisation by following the Utilisation Framework.

- Contact non-active customers to get them to utilise their existing EMF line.

- Post Implementation Monitoring.

- Reach out to customer to understand payment patterns.

- Make recommendations on account strategy following understanding of customer patterns.

- Transaction monitoring.

- Reach out to customers to follow up on overdue bills.

- Monitor for available funds in accounts and instruct the operations team to debit accounts to settle overdue amounts.

- Upon receiving instructions from relevant team, instruct the operations team for loan settlement.

- Other ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications:

- Minimally a Degree in Banking/Finance

- Fresh Graduates to 3 years of experience in Private Bank Operations especially in the area of Corporate action.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Fluency in English is essential.

- Clear written & verbal communication skills with all levels of staff. Key Competencies:

- Ability to work independently & drive initiatives forward until delivery.

- Ability to work effectively with both Front Office and Support staff, at all levels.

- Ability to work & deliver under time pressure.

- Proactive in identifying any process gaps, providing or suggesting solutions to improve productivity.

- Ability to perform ad-hoc system testing.
