  • Take charge of full recruitment cycle for campus recruitment.
  • Connect with various academic institutions to source for potential talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various institutions and career centers to enhance our campus recruiting efforts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the firm at campus events, job fairs, and career talks to enhance employer branding.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Lead and manage HR shared services operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR inquiries and provide necessary support to the team members.
  • Oversee and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain the up-to-date employee data, not limited to various survey required.
  • Manage and coordinate employee engagement activities and feedbacks.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business equivalent qualifications
  • Positive attitude with good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, and proactive in taking on new challenges. A collaborative team player
  • Experience using Workday or other HRIS platforms will be an advantage
  • Preferably with one year of relevant experience.
