We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Accounting Officer to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling full sets of accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities for professional growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts including AP/AR/GL
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and GST submissions
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, UBS)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
