Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling luxury timepieces.

  • Provide expert product knowledge and assist clients with recommendations to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain the boutique and shop floor to high visual and operational standards.
  • Manage stock, process transactions, and support administrative tasks accurately.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in luxury watches and willingness to learn about watch products.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh candidates who are keen are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
