KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONBISILITIES:

  • Deliver seamless administrative and executive assistance to Senior Management as well as family members, ensuring efficiency and discretion across all matters.
  • Oversee and execute concierge services for family members — including bespoke travel planning, accommodation bookings, and lifestyle arrangements — with exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
  • To efficiently organize and maintain the calendar of appointments, meetings, and engagements, ensuring optimal time management and preparation.
  • Managing & running of personal affairs for family members, as necessary.
  • Management and oversight of residential properties in Singapore.
  • Accompany family members to private engagements and activities as required.
  • Handle expense processing, manage payables and statutory obligations on behalf of family members.
  • Provide administrative and IT support to the Corporate Services Manager and assume responsibilities during absence.
  • Proactively identify and drive process improvements to optimize workflows.
  • Drive initiatives that embed and reinforce corporate values in alignment with the organization's strategic vision.
  • Any ad-hoc matters as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years proven experience in a Personal Assistant role.

Proactive & Self-Starter : Anticipates needs and takes initiative without constant supervision.
