SAP SCM Presales Solutions Architect

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Consultant with at least 15-18 years of experience in Inventory Management(IM), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD). The role involves leading SAP implementation projects (RISE and non-RISE), conducting solution workshops, and designing SAP SD/MM modules in both ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise, experience in full lifecycle implementations.

What will you do?

Project Delivery

• Prepare, review and deliver the SAP Supply Chain management (SAP MM, SAP PM and SAP WM) solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
• Propose the SAP solution and selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet our customer's requirements
• Lead conduct of business workshops and assessment
• Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist
• Highlight the positive impact of NCS solutions to help them achieve customer's business goals
• Provide pre-sales delivery of consultancy services to our customers on a global basis

Customer/Vendor Management

• Effectively engaged stakeholders in sales, project decisions and execution
• Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer's expectation
• Identify, build and manage partnerships with product vendors to strength NCS's product capabilities and get up-to-speed with the up-and-coming technologies

Business Development

• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
• Be involved in pre-sale activities, leading key opportunities where needed

Team Management

• Coach, train and mentor Solution Architects.
• Deliver enablement sessions to NCS presales to help articulate NCS's service offerings and solutions and comparatively position with competitor's solutions
• Develop and continuously improve on the materials available for enablement sessions to ensure quality and relevance
• Maintain reusable components to facilitate the selling process and ensure consistency in the quality of services promised to our customers
• Contribute to competency enablement throughout the community in NCS on a global basis
• Develop and manage a group of individuals to be part of the focused competency community. This enhances NCS's ability to support the growth expectations of the business, and continually build the image and success of the NCS brand

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong understanding of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution Process) or Material Management (MM) processes
• Typically 15-18 years SAP Supply Chain Management experience (SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP WM modules)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree 
• Experience in Singapore Public Sector SAP projects
• Completed multiple end to end project implementation in SAP S/4 HANA. Experience with migration from ECC to S/4 HANA
• Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
• Due to government project sensitivity, we will only consider Singapore Citizen
